Plan your visit

Valencia is a very touristic city and we recommend securing your hotel room booking as soon as possible.

There are thousands of hotels available in Valencia and you can book your hotel room with the regular booking services (directly through the hotels websites, on booking platforms, etc.).

The ECerS XX Conference Organising Secretariat, SEBGAR, is also proposing its own platform (Bnetwork) for hotel room bookings with preferential prices – see below. Hotel room bookings made through the Bnetwork platform are the direct responsibility of SEBGAR and not of the ECerS XX Conference Organisers, ECerS and SECV.

Please note that the hotels proposed by the Bnetwork platform are located close to the Valencia Congress Centre and not in the City Centre.

Beware of Fraudulent Contacts!

We are the only official provider for registration and accommodation for this Conference. If you receive emails from unknown sources offering assistance with bookings, do not trust them – these are fraudulent attempts. Please note that Conference participants are responsible for their own flight and accommodation arrangements.

Please report any suspicious emails to secretariat@ecers2027.org. We are not responsible for any bookings made through unofficial providers.
